((I know Shun's one thumb looks a little weird in this. I didn't see it until after I'd finished the image and I don't have the scene file anymore, so... oh well. LOL))

"You've filled out." Shun commented as he saw Nileas standing near the doors to the launching bay. "The last time I saw you, you were barely a skeleton."

"Yes, well, it's amazing what happens when you are actually able to eat." Nileas chuckled a bit, holding his hand out to the approaching Wolfen Alpha. "And you've gotten huge. I had to look up at you before, but not this much." He smiled, brown eyes studying the big wolf quietly before he got serious again. "I had a feeling I was going to be needed out here. Chow tells me Xiao-xiao has been trying to reach me."

"She got ahold of your Beta female. Candace, I think she called herself."

"She's one of my Councillors." Nileas chuckled. "Yes, her name is Candace." He shook the wolf's hand, then folded his hands together at his back. "What's going on, Shun? I saw Wan-yu zap in here in front of me a few minutes ago. And Huojin and Ming came trotting past as well. You've put out an all-call for something."

Shun rumbled unhappily, then just looked up the hallway a moment before he looked back at the Greek boy in front of him. "Yes we have. This pack is going to war."

"War?" Nileas blinked in surprise.

"Yes. Against the same people that held you. Follow me. I need to brief everyone."

The Greek frowned, pressing down the belts that kept his jacket closed as he started up the hallway with the big wolfen Alpha. "...why, Shun?" It took him several minutes to digest what the wolf had just said.

"Why?" Shun stopped outside of a door, palming it open and marching inside. It was the infirmary, Nileas noted with a frown as he was led through the room to the other side. There was a small room on the far wall with a door and a window in it. "Look in there."

Nileas looked at the wolf in confusion, and then stepped forward, looking inside of the room. What he saw in there made him blink, and then stare for several miinutes.

When he looked back up at Shun, the wolfen Alpha was staring quietly through the window himself, and he did not look very happy. In fact, Nileas thought he looked downright worried.

"That is why." Shun stated, looking over at the Greek. "Now come. We will discuss this more downstairs, with everyone."

And Nileas didn't ask again. He just threw one last look over his shoulder, and then followed the wolfen Alpha out of the room.
